Can the lawyers and user check the scheduled sessions as per their time zones?

Yes, lawyers and users can see the scheduled sessions as per their time zones, simplifying the problem for lawyers and users located in different time zones. They can go to "Settings" and select their "Time Zone".

Is there any feature to record audio and video?

The audio/video recording feature depends on the third-party API integrated into the system.

Can a Legal Consultant reschedule a session if he/she misses it?

Yes, a Legal Consultant can reschedule a session if it is missed. To reschedule a session:

Sign in to the account. Go to "Sessions".

The missed session will be listed under the "Sessions".

Click on the "Reschedule Session" icon of the missed session.

A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the session for the user and click "Send".


How can legal consultants enhance their profiles and make it outstanding?

Legal consultants can include the YouTube link of their introduction video to make it more attractive. They can also include relevant information about themselves like biography, areas of experience, countries of expertise, and languages which also helps in making their profile outstanding.


Is there any feature to record audio and video?

The audio/video recording feature depends on the third-party API integrated into the system. The API currently integrated is CometChat that does support the recording functionality. However, we are coming up with a new release of Yo!Coach with a new API - LessonFace that supports audio/video recording.

How can users schedule a session?

To schedule a session:

Sign in to the account. Go to "Lawyers" which will open a list of lawyers registered on the portal.

Select a lawyer with whom you want to schedule a session and go to his/her profile.

Users can then purchase a session.

Users can select a date and time from the lawyer's calendar and confirm the booking.

To purchase a session, users are required to make the payment, and further schedule the session as per the availability of the lawyer.


How do new users get started?

To get started on the platform, users are required to register with their email account and verify it by clicking the link sent on their email address.

After the verification, users can log in and set up their profile like picture, phone number, country, timezone, etc.

Users can then search for the lawyers as per their requirements by entering the field and country of expertise.

After shortlisting the lawyers, users can book a session with them or request for a document to be reviewed/drafted.
