With 17+ years across private practice and in-house roles, Ghassan advises conglomerates, family offices, and high-growth scale-ups across the GCC, MENA, and beyond. He understands the realities of running a business from the inside.

He founded his own ventures, including aleb, a community-driven fashion brand, giving him first-hand founder experience that shapes how The Legal Rooms operates: commercially minded, operationally aware, and always aligned with leadership priorities.

Beyond legal, Ghassan has led teams across Legal, Compliance, ESG, PR, Crisis Management, Procurement, and HR and served as Chief of Staff. That 360° lens means we don't just advise in isolation; we understand how legal decisions ripple across every function.

An active mentor and speaker across government accelerators, hackathons, and startup programmes, Ghassan teaches corporate governance and brings that same structured thinking to every engagement.
